We ship orders through reputed couriers or Speed Post(EMS) services of India Post where Tracking number is provided for the shipment.
Handling Time: We ship orders within 2 business days.
When we ship and send you the tracking number through email, the order is considered fulfilled at our end.
Re-shipment Policy
The shipping service generally will make several delivery attempts, and a notice is left if nobody is available to sign for the package. They will hold your package for a few days only. If you fail to claim it, it will be returned to us, marked unclaimed.
If you fail to claim your package, you will be required to pay for shipping in order to have your order sent. We shall inform you the shipping charges applicable for shipping your order second time.
Some couriers charge extra fees to return the item if it could not be delivered. In such cases, the buyer needs to pay these extra charges in addition to the shipping charges for re-shipment of the order.

The information you submit to us is an important part of our business, and we are not in the business of selling it to others. You will receive notice when information about you might go to third parties, and you will have an opportunity to choose not to share the information.
- The item received is damaged, defective during transit or
- The item received is different from the Item that was ordered.
- Write a Return/Refund Order request within 7 business days of receiving the Item, by using Contact Us form on the website.
- We may seek further information and/or photos highlighting your issues with the item received.
- We shall confirm our decision within 3 business days after your inputs are received. We shall inform you if it will be Replacement of the product or a Refund of the order.
- Ship back the Item to us and send us the tracking number.
- Return/Replacement shall be processed only after receipt of the product from your end.
- Once we confirm the Replacement of the item, ship us the damaged item within 3 business days of our confirmation and send us the tracking number of the shipment.
- Return the Item with its accessories, packing materials or any other thing which were delivered to you along with the Product
- We shall arrange for the replacement of the Product within 7 business days of having received the damaged/faulty item from your end and ship it to you at our cost. We shall send you the tracking number of the shipment accordingly.
- In the unlikely event of we being unable to replace the damaged and/or defective Item we shall confirm the Refund for the order.
- Once we confirm the Refund of the order, ship us the damaged item within 3 business days of our confirmation and send us the tracking number of the shipment.
- Return the Item with its accessories, packing materials or any other thing which were delivered to you along with the Product
- We shall process the Refund of the order amount within 3 business after we receive the returned item at our end.
